1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The earrings must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, pouches, and protective materials.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or customized/personalized pieces are not eligible for return.
  • Any product that is damaged due to misuse or altered after purchase will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@shimmerspheres.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and further details on how to send your item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt as proof of return.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • If your return is rejected due to ineligibility, we will notify you, and the item can be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color, please indicate this in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If returning an item due to damage or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no extra cost.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our jewelry, but if you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final Sale items
  • Customized or engraved jewelry
  • Gift cards
